How to make a return ?
You have 14 days to return the item from the delivery date, in new and unworn condition.
You can write an email to hello@maisonlecomteflament.com to announce your return, otherwise please attach the order number or at least your first name to your return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the package is received at Maison Lecomte Flament, your refund will be made within 2 to 5 working days.
You will receive an email confirming the refund when it is processed.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes of course you can exchange, the limit is one exchange because delivery costs are free and this has a cost.
