If, however, an item does not meet your expectations, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with their original packaging.

Please send us an email at hello@maisonlecomteflament.com and we will provide you with the return address in the USA.

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or if the item is defective.
