If, however, an item does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with their original packaging .

Please send us an email at hello@maisonlecomteflament.com and we will provide you with the return address in the USA.

After receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.
